Shipping & Returns – Sweet Heat Fusion
Shipping Information
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Transit times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (orders must be placed before the cutoff time)
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and shipping method chosen.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Only one discount may be applied per order and cannot be combined with other offers.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor shipment progress.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Sweet Heat Fusion products! If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following terms:
Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
Products must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Opened or used items are not eligible unless defective.
How to Return:
To begin a return, please contact our Customer Support team at Sweetheatfusionsauceco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product). For approved returns due to error or defect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges:
If you’re exchanging an item (e.g., for a different flavor or product), we’ll ship the replacement once your return is approved. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email photos of the product and packaging to Sweetheatfusionsauceco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
